Excellent customer service! Was out of town preparing for a tournament when I had an electrical issue. In a panic I started making phone calls and found these guys. Johnny took me right in after hearing my story. He got us up and running in no time. Johny seems to take his customers situation personally. He takes pride in his work and his reputation. He is a master at electronics, imho. I will be taking my boat back for all my needs in the future. There is no comparison between him and the competitors. Thank you Johny!!

Excellent customer service! I've been going to Bingham now for a few years and I've been more than satisfied with their service and willingness to educate new boat owners. Randi is phenomenal and Johnny is fantastic in providing guidance on preventative maintenance tips. Highly recommend! I'll continue to get my boat serviced with them.

Once again the Bingham Marine service crew came through. Johnny worked his magic and had me back on the water and with the money I saved I got me some new cranks baits! We always need new crank baits.

Randi and the crew have done it AGAIN! I thought my trolling motor was shot and was looking into replacing it. My wife talked me into having it looked at first. They evaluated it, fixed it, and for less than $200 has it running stronger than ever. Its like brand new! Almost threw me and my son out of the boat. Not to mention, when my in-laws went to pick it up (who have never met the staff) they were immediately treated like family and sent home with a delicious sack of apricots. The only place we will go. Youre a fool if you take your boat anywhere else for service!

Ive had some issues with my motor where it kept stammering so I emailed Josh about it. To make a long story short, Josh was extremely responsive to my emails, answered my questions and made several suggestions to trouble shoot. Josh has serviced my boats over the past 10 years and I have always found him to be honest and reliable, not to mention to being a highly qualified and certified outboard technician.

I was referred to these people thru a friend. I was truly happy with the work they did on my pontoon. Fast, reasonable and very pleasant people to deal with. I highly recommend them for any unfortunate boat problems that you may incur. I will certainly use them again if the need arises.

WHAT a grrrrrreat bunch of folks! They got me back on the water at a very reasonable price. And, most importantly to me, did the work right. I typically turn my own wrenches until I get into unfamiliar territory. At that point Im looking for someone that I can trust (their words and their knowledge). While netting shad in the dark on Lake Belton, I stuck an underwater object and tore up my aluminum propeller. I limped through my morning guide trip, then ran straight over to Bingham Marine. Josh was busy, as usual, but he personally stopped what he was doing, sized up my prop, grabbed an appropriate match off the shelf, removed the old prop, put on the new one, and had me out the door in under 20 minutes, knowing I count on my rig to make a living. Super people -- the kind of small business that all small businesses should be like.

Unfortunately I have yet to take my boat there to be repaired. I have bought a part though, and they are always very helpful when I call them. Much more friendly and willing to help than the other mercury authorized places in central Texas

Heard from a couple of guys around my boat storage that this place does good work and that the people are honest. Decided to take my boat to have some engine repair done. My first impression is that the owner and his wife are very nice people. Now I'm just waiting to hear back about my estimate and for the repair to be done. I will update my post and rating once the repair is complete.

I have been buying, selling, and operating boats for 50 years and Bingham Marine is the best Marine dealer I have ever done business with. I had been looking to buy a new boat and had two boats to deal with first. I had gotten low ball trade-in offers from other dealers before contacting Bingham. They were the only one to suggest letting them sell them on consignment. In one week they sold both boats and netted me several thousand more to go towards the new boat. I am now waiting delivery of my new boat. Randi and Josh offer great customer service and they know their stuff. If you are looking to buy a new or used boat, you owe it to yourself to try Bingham Marine first.

Not enough can be said about this family owned business. Customer service is above and beyond and the pride they take in their work is amazing. During testing for a fault, Josh found other short comings, sent pictures via email and was in constant contact with us. Stop taking your boat to a shade tree mechanic. You will not be disappointed with Bingham Marine. I have found my forever mechanic!
